店名 La Bodega意指酒窖或倉庫﹝發音：ㄌㄚ、ㄅㄛ、ㄉㄟ、ㄍㄚ﹞。
菜色以西班牙南部安達盧西亞省 (Andalucia) 料理為主 。

西班牙料理也吸收了北非和中東等國特有的烹調， 傳統的私房菜是本店特色。

At dinnertime, La Bodega offers a quiet, cozy ambience and delicious Spanish cuisine. After 10 p.m. , when the kitchen closes, it comes alive with people looking for a place to have some fun Spanish style, including the imbibing of the perfect party drink, porron.

This is homemade and served in a special bottle with a long spout. The bottle is passed around from person to person, each “taking a drink” by holding the bottle at arm's length and pouring the contents in a stream into the mouth. It is as much fun as it sounds.

Co-manager Laurent (“Lolo”) Rubio is originally from Spain , and has worked hard to create a Spanish experience in Taiwan .

La Bodega offers something for just about everyone, from those looking for authentic Spanish dishes and snacks (tapas) to those wanting to chat, play a game of pool or darts, watch a live broadcast of a major sporting event or listen to spicy salsa music.
